Hi. I'm Lê Hồng Tú (Melanie), founder of Nonsuch Immigration, and the company's licensed immigration consultant, RCIC - IRB (Level 3).
Born in Hanoi, studied in Singapore, and spent eight years building my career in Ho Chi Minh City — in technology, education, and financial consulting. In November 2021, my family arrived in Winnipeg, Canada, and began a new chapter.

When my family decided to come to Canada, we spent a lot of time researching — and found that we couldn't find a consultant we truly trusted. So we did it ourselves.
The path I chose was as a student — from study permit, to permanent residence, to citizenship. Every step — researched, planned, and filed by our own hands.
And throughout that journey, I watched friends and family take different paths. Different cities. Different programs. Different timelines.
Some waited three years. Some, eighteen months. Some paid twice as much. Some chose cities that were easier to get into but harder to build a life in. Some chose programs that looked fast on paper but became years of uncertainty in practice.
The anxiety of not knowing — not knowing if the application would be approved, not knowing what the next step was, not knowing how much longer to wait — is something I understand very deeply. Not from textbooks. But from going through it myself, and watching the people I care about go through it too.
After my own immigration journey, I came to understand that the first decision — which city, which program, which pathway — shapes everything that follows. And the person who helps you make that decision carries a real responsibility.
That is why I decided to pursue the GDipICL and become a licensed Canadian immigration consultant — RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant).
I completed the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law (GDipICL) — Canada's specialized program managed and accredited by Queen's University. I then passed the licensing examination and was granted the RCIC - IRB (Level 3) designation, the highest scope of practice in Canadian immigration consulting.
Now — with my license in hand, along with my strategic thinking, my ability to communicate clearly, and my personal integrity — I am fully confident that I am an RCIC who can make a real difference. I am ready to bring new people to Canada, with the belief and hope that a better future awaits them in this beautiful country.
I don't over-promise. I don't take shortcuts. I build a strategy around your real situation — your finances, your timeline, your goals — because your first step matters more than most people realize.
I'm Melanie. And I'm here to help you take it right, from the very beginning.
