I Have Lived What You Are Going Through
My path to immigration consulting was not a straight line — it was shaped by over fifteen years of professional experience across technology, education, and finance, followed by my own immigration journey to Canada. Each chapter added something essential: analytical thinking, strategic communication, and a deep understanding of human needs.
When my husband and I moved to Canada in 2021, we managed our entire immigration journey independently — from study permit to permanent residence pathway. That experience gave me something no textbook can teach: a genuine understanding of the real challenges and decisions that newcomers face.
I pursued the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law (GDipICL) at Queen's University — the required program for those seeking to become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Studying at one of Canada's leading law schools deepened my understanding of immigration law, policy, and ethical practice.
I believe that strong immigration representation is not only about knowledge of the law, but also about judgment, clarity, and responsibility. My goal is to provide a service that is professional, transparent, and genuinely supportive — so that each client can move forward with confidence in their Canadian journey.

Studying at one of Canada's leading law schools was both a privilege and a transformative experience, deepening my understanding of immigration law, policy, and ethical practice.
Supply Chain and Logistics Management
2021 – 2022University of Winnipeg
This decision was both strategic and practical, aligning with my previous experience and the strong employment opportunities in Manitoba. Through careful planning, my husband and I managed our entire immigration journey independently — from study permit to permanent residence pathway — gaining first-hand insight into the real challenges and decisions that newcomers face.
Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing)
2007University of Wales
My academic foundation in marketing shaped how I analyze business success and long-term strategy. One of the most enduring lessons from my studies — and one that still guides me today — is that the quality and integrity of the "product" remains the most critical factor for sustainable success, beyond any framework or formula.
Experience
Marketing & Public Relation
From 2009Public Telecommunication Corporation · Vietnam
I began my career at one of Vietnam's most innovative technology companies — often referred to as the "Silicon Valley of Vietnam" — focused on online payment gateways, e-learning platforms, and commercial digital solutions. This fast-paced environment exposed me early to strategic thinking and how to communicate value effectively in a competitive market.
Assistant Principal
Early Childhood Education Institution — Japanese Method
I transitioned into a Japanese early childhood education institution dedicated to developing children's full potential, working closely with educational publishers focused on holistic child development. This experience reinforced my belief that human potential is limitless when supported by confidence, perseverance, and a strong foundation — a perspective I bring into my work with immigration clients today.
Marketing Department
4 yearsKorean Financial Corporation · Vietnam
For four years prior to coming to Canada, I oversaw a wide range of marketing initiatives — including public relations and brand communications — collaborating with international branding teams and developing creative campaigns for diverse audiences. This role refined my skills in strategic communication and persuasive writing, which are essential today in presenting clear, compelling, and accurate information to clients.
Professional Standards
I am trained through the Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law (GDipICL) at Queen's University — the required program for individuals pursuing licensure with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). This education reflects the standards of a new generation of immigration practitioners: technically grounded, policy-aware, and committed to ethical, client-centered practice.
Within the CICC framework, RCIC Level 3 represents an advanced scope of practice. At this level, consultants are authorized to represent clients in more complex matters, including proceedings before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) and certain appeal processes — expanding the ability to support clients not only with applications, but also with advocacy in challenging or high-stakes situations.
The CICC Code of Professional Conduct requires consultants to act with integrity, prioritize the client's best interests, maintain transparency, and communicate clearly at every stage. These are not just regulatory requirements for me — they align with my personal values and how I have approached every role throughout my career.
